new 7" color screen this controller is a scaled-down
economical version of the BatchTron II concrete batch plant
controller. Handling up to 6
aggregates, 3 cements, 2 waters, 6 admixtures and 2 to 3
scales in "standard" plant configurations, BatchTron I is
capable of controlling most ready-mix plants, with or without
mixer, or small central mix plants for precast, block and paver
production with delivery to a single station. 800 formula
capacity is adequate for almost every application. It is
limited in plant variations but has built-in choices of belt,
belt plus holding hopper or skip hoist to get the aggregates
from scale to mixer. BatchTron I is the controller of
choice when automating standard plants which can benefit
from ease of operation and outstanding reliability. Batchtron I is also
used in specialized OEM control systems for many
applications. Options for concrete include
decumulative weighing, order entry/dispatching and
batch reporting/inventory software, moisture sensors, concrete
ordering (Demand) station, modem and internet connection.

graphics that allow even first-time users to understand and
control the plant with practically no training. A wide
range of solid and liquid ingredients can be handled with two to five or
more scales feeding one mixer or discharge to transit mix
truck. Automation is customized to any type of non-standard plant
type with mixer delivering to multiple
delivery stations via conveyors, chutes or travelling hoppers. The BatchTron II batch control
system is ideal for
demanding precast and prestressed concrete, block and paver
plants where ease of operation, outstanding reliability and
service and training by internet can make a big difference to
the bottom line.

12" color TFT touch screen is big enough to display two or even
three mixers with ease, along with all the assorted conveyors,
holding hoppers, delivery stations and special cutomizations.
For high production 2 and 3 mixer concrete products plants, a second screen is
available for simultaneous monitoring and control of critical
processes as well as the plant overview. Extensive
customized processes andapplcations such as food and animal feed are welcomed. BatchTron III is
in critical automation applications where high speed and reliability are
paramount, from large precast and prestressed products plants to
high speed SCC and RCC production for large civil engineering
projects such as dams and associated hydro-electric projects. At right is a controller ready for shipping to a

A large number
of ingredients can be handled with full flexibility - multiple
scales can be arranged to be fed from pre-set groups of
ingredients and the batching sequence is flexible also.
Multiple scales feed multiple mixers by any combination of
conveyors, skip hoists, holding hoppers etc. Multiple
waters and admixtures can be added in any sequence. A
number of pre-programmed mixing sequences can be attached to
formulas and automatically implemented. Delivery from the
multiple mixers can be by any combination of chutes, conveyors,
travelling hoppers etc. to any arrangement of delivery stations
with Demand Stations to start and stop the flow of concrete as
